Vor allem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitnessfood.com\/vitamine-minerale\/vitamin-c.html\"><strong>Vitamin C<\/strong><\/a> ist in gro\u00dfen Mengen enthalten. Bereits 100 Gramm Himbeeren decken rund ein Viertel deines Tagesbedarfs an Vitamin C.
