Die Vanilleschote l\u00e4ngs aufschneiden und das Mark herauskratzen. Nun das Vanillemark, Ahornsirup und die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelw\u00fcrfel sehr fein mit einem Mixer p\u00fcrieren. Den 1 EL \u00d6l sowie die Pflanzenmilch zum Mehl geben und mit einem Schneebesen zu einem glatten Teig schlagen.
