Fruitsmoothies, Greensmoothies &#8230; \u00fcberall gab es sie zu kaufen und die fruchtigen Erfrischungen erfreuten sich auch bei Fitness- und Gesundheitsbegeisterten gro\u00dfer Beliebtheit. Zu Recht, denn sie enthalten viele <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitnessfood.com\/vitamine-minerale.html\">Vitamine<\/a> und schmecken besonders lecker!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Was macht man jedoch jetzt, da die Tage k\u00e4lter werden und man vielleicht nicht wirklich Lust auf einen kalten Smoothie hat? Jetzt ist uns doch viel eher nach w\u00e4rmenden Gerichten und Getr\u00e4nken wie Suppe, Tee, Punsch etc., oder? Dann kommt der Pumpkin-Spice Smoothie genau richtig!<\/p>\n<h3>Smoothies &#8211; nicht nur im Sommer ein Genuss<\/h3>\n<p>Dabei m\u00fcssen Smoothies nicht immer unbedingt sommerlich sein.
