Du bekommst ihn in t\u00fcrkischen Gesch\u00e4ften aber auch im Supermarkt um die Ecke. In der Regel stammt er aus dem konventionellen Weizenanbau. In Biol\u00e4den sowie Reformh\u00e4usern findet man oft auch Couscous aus anderen Getreidesorten wie Dinkel, Gerste oder Buchweizen.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Da Couscous aus zerkleinertem Getreide besteht, solltest du angefangene Packungen gut verschlie\u00dfen. M\u00f6chtest du auf Nummer sicher gehen, f\u00fclle es in fest schlie\u00dfende Dosen um. Trotzdem solltest du alles bald verbrauchen, da er durch das enthaltene pflanzliche Fett schnell ranzig wird.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Es gilt: Maximal ein halbes Jahr k\u00fchl und trocken aufbewahren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die meisten k\u00e4uflich erworbenen Couscous-Produkte brauchen nur 5 bis 15 Minuten bis sie verzehrf\u00e4hig sind. Du \u00fcbergie\u00dft es&nbsp;in einem Verh\u00e4ltnis von 1:1 mit kochendem Wasser. Danach l\u00e4sst du ihn stehen. Die Standzeit steht oft auf der Packungsanleitung drauf. Zugedeckt quellt er nun langsam auf. &nbsp;Zum Schluss lockerst du ihn etwas mit der Gabel auf.<\/p>\n<h3>Couscous ist vielseitig<\/h3>\n<p>Zu den vielen Vorz\u00fcgen z\u00e4hlt auch seine Vielseitigkeit.
